In April 2024, I took part in a visit to the TESSOU farm 🌳🚜, organized by Noëllie Caillard and Eric CAILLARD

🏆 2 “farmer-breeders”, Noëllie Caillard and Eric CAILLARD, concerned with animal welfare, committed to preserving wildlife and defending organic farming
🍽️🍛We tasted various products from the TESSOU farm: dry sausage, copa, dry ham, black pudding…. A pure delight!!!!
You won’t be disappointed by the visit. Let’s go for a complete break. Seeing the black pigs move around unhindered, wandering around the farm and observing them in the wild, you’ll appreciate all the hard work put in by the 2 farmers to guarantee quality feed for the black pigs and preserve this breed.
