How do you welcome travelers?
We adapt to each owner and each traveler. Some prefer a personalized welcome, others prefer an autonomous arrival for greater flexibility. In the case of autonomous arrival, travelers complete a digital inventory of fixtures via the “Inventory of fixtures” tab. They reproduce the reference photos taken by our teams and add their comments: this document acts as the official entry inventory of fixtures. A simple, secure and totally transparent procedure, designed to protect both owner and traveler.
What happens in the event of damage or an incident?
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each arrival and departure to ensure accurate monitoring of the condition of the accommodation. In the event of deterioration, deductions may be made from the security deposit, whether you book directly or via certain platforms. Thanks to our professional real estate card, we are authorized to manage security deposits in full compliance with the law.
Through one of our insurance partners, we can also offer additional coverage for enhanced protection at a competitive price.
When you book via a platform, we take out the platform’s insurance and manage all the administrative procedures for you.

When will I receive my rental income?
After each departure, as soon as the stay is over and once the funds have been paid by the booking platform, we proceed to the payment of the rental income corresponding to the booking.
For direct bookings, the balance of the stay must be received by us at least 30 days before arrival: the rental income is then paid to the owner within 48 hours of the travellers’ departure.

Can I track the activity of my property?
Yes, each owner has access to a dedicated extranet, enabling them to track their property’s calendar, current and future bookings, and net rental income in real time.
What’s more, a monthly management report is provided for clear, comprehensive and totally transparent monitoring.
Do you offer services to enhance the property?
Yes, since June 2025, we have been using professional photographers specialized in real estate to take high-quality shots that show each property at its best.
We then write attractive, polished ads designed to make your property stand out, grab travelers’ attention and encourage them to book.
What’s more, we work with a partner company specializing in renovation and furnishing, including the supply of quality furniture (sofas, hotel bedding, etc.), to optimize the comfort and rental income of your property.
What area do you cover?
We operate mainly in the Lot and Dordogne regions, with :
- 30 km around Gourdon,
- in and around Souillac,
- and 15 km around Sainte-Mondane, Saint-Julien-de-Lampon.
If your property is located outside these zones, contact us: we’ll study your request and let you know if we can work in your area.
What is the set-up procedure with DIVONA CONCIERGERIE?
It all starts with a telephone conversation to discuss your property, how we work and our rates.
If our services meet your requirements and you wish, we can visit your property.
At the end of this visit, if the exchange is conclusive, we draw up a management mandate which is signed by both parties, and we can then launch the complete online management of your rental.
How can I be sure you’re serious?

Will I be able to reserve my property for myself, friends or relatives once it has been rented out?
Yes, of course. As an owner, you are free to block dates for your personal stays or those of your loved ones.
Simply go to your owner’s extranet and block the desired dates on your property’s calendar.
