The history of Divona Conciergerie
When I created Divona Conciergerie in 2024, I wanted to bring my two passions – real estate and tourism – to life.
After working in the events, tourism (Bateaux Mouches, Bateaux Parisiens), social protection (Caf de Paris) and real estate (CDC Habitat Social) sectors in the Ile-de-France region for nearly 15 years, I decided to settle in the Lot département with my family in 2022.
The Lot is one of those départements that you first discover on vacation, and which, over the years, makes you want to put down your suitcases for good.
When I moved here, I have to admit that I never imagined I’d go into business for myself. But as the months went by, I came up with the idea of setting up my own short-term rental concierge service in the Lot and Dordogne.
As we all know, seasonal rentals, commonly known as tourist rentals, meublés de tourisme rentals or Airbnb rentals, can be time-consuming!
